• Do you have recurring nightmares? What happens in them?

  I don't have nightmares very often, but when I do, they usually involve tornadoes and me not being able to get all the children downstairs in time.  Usually there is a baby in a crib somewhere in the house and I think someone has the baby but find out they don't.  As I look out the window the tornado is right upon us and I have to run up the stairs and rescue the baby.   I always wake up before the tornado hits.  Whew.
  
  I grew up in Kansas and had many, many encounters with tornadoes.  I also lived in Iowa for a time, and had to hide in a bathtub once when we were at a hotel.  Well, I didn't, but I put the kids in the bathtub and covered them up with blankets.  This probably explains my nightmare.
